Aramco Services Company (ASC) is the U.S.-based subsidiary of Saudi Aramco, the state-owned oil company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a fully integrated, global petroleum and chemicals enterprise. ASC’s geographical area of responsibility extends throughout North America, with operations in the U.S. and Canada, and selected activities in South America.
ASC conducts a wide range of services to help Saudi Aramco facilitate the safe and reliable delivery of energy to customers around the globe. Core services include identifying upstream and downstream technologies, best practices and potential technology partners for Saudi Aramco; working with suppliers and vendors to provide Saudi Aramco with goods and services; providing business management services to Saudi Aramco project teams operating in North America, and conducting quality inspections for materials and equipment procured for Saudi Aramco. The company also recruits professionals for careers in Saudi Arabia; administers a College Degree Program and training opportunities for Saudi Aramco-sponsored students and employees in North America; and provides information technology, financial services and marine-vessel services to Saudi Aramco and its affiliates. ASC offers a generous employee benefits package and other programs designed to meet the diverse needs of employees and families.
Flexible Benefit Plan: This Plan allows employees to make premium payments for their medical, dental and optional accidental death or dismemberment insurance coverage on a pre-tax basis.
Group Insurance Plan: We provide both company-paid life insurance and accidental death or dismemberment insurance.
Medical Payment Plan: Medical coverage is available for employees who elect to participate in the Plan and for their eligible covered dependents.
Dental Insurance: We currently offer employees a choice between two employee pay-all premium dental plans.
Retirement Income Plan: ASC pays the entire cost of The Retirement Income Plan, which provides monthly annuity payments or a lump sum distribution when the employee retires. Employees become eligible for participation in the Plan on their hire date and become vested upon completing five years of service.
The Savings Plan - 401(k): To encourage employees to save part of their earnings systematically for their future financial security, new employees are automatically enrolled in The Savings Plan at a rate of 9 percent unless they select otherwise. The company matches an employee's contribution dollar-for-dollar up to the first 9 percent of base earnings and employees become vested immediately in the company's contributions.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Plans: ASC pays the entire cost of both Plans. A new employee automatically becomes a participant in the Plans upon completion of 6 months of continuous service.

We also make a variety of other programs, plans and services available to employees. These are designed to provide leisure, convenience, assistance and support to individuals and their families. Additional benefits include, but are not limited to:
9/80 Work Schedule: Most of our employees work 80 hours over nine days. Individuals work nine hours per day Monday through Thursday, with Fridays alternating between an eight-hour work day and one day off.
Holidays: We observe up to nine paid holidays each year for employees on the 9/80 work schedule.
Vacation: All employees are eligible for paid vacation from 11 to 25 working days per year based upon their years of continuous service with the company.
Awards & Recognition: Service and attendance milestones are awarded to employees for longevity with the company and consistent daily work attendance. A special recognition program encourages and recognizes exceptional efforts and achievements by individuals and teams by providing various levels of financial rewards.
Educational Refund Plan: Financial assistance is provided to employees pursuing individual degree programs at accredited and approved post-secondary institutions during non-working hours. The company reimburses an employee up to 90 percent of tuition, required fees and textbook costs according to company policy.
