Career PathwaysCareer pathways exist as employees are welcome to progressively work towards the next level of opportunity. With the assistance of our scholarship options or tuition reimbursement plan (for specific roles), employees can return to school to earn another certificate or degree.
Healthcare Career Progression: Caregiver/HHA to CNA to Medication Aide. LPN to RN or Case Manager. From here you could specialize (Wound Nurse, Staff Development Nurse) or consider higher leadership as a DON or DHS.
Culinary Team Progression: Dietary Aide or Server to Prep Cook to Cook/Chef to Food Service Manager. Registered Dietitians are also vital to the success of these teams.
Other positions include: Activities Aide, Health Unit Coordinator, Housekeeping, Janitor, Maintenance, Receptionist, & Social Worker.
Because Cassia has facilities throughout Minnesota, Colorado, North Dakota, Iowa and Florida, employees can transfer to sites that offer new opportunities. While remaining with Cassia, employees benefit from time invested into their benefits package that will accrue as well as being acclimated to working for one company.

Chef in the kitchenOur culinary team enjoys using their skills to make nutritious, health, and tasty meals for our residents. Much of the cooking is scratch done so you can really utilize your talents. Plus there are no late nights working on our team.
Bus tripOutings are something our residents (and staff) enjoy. From going to a museum, play or a sporting event to shopping everyone loves to get out and about for a while. Our friendly staff will ensure a safe and fun trip.
