So instead of having an annual fee like many cards at the time, there was no charge to carry the card and customers’ loyalty was rewarded with Cashback Bonus on purchases.
And since our introduction, we’ve continued to challenge the industry by providing benefits like 100% U.S.-based customer service, by pioneering innovations that encouraged responsible borrowing, and by improving card security with features like the Freeze it® on/off switch that can prevent new purchases on misplaced cards.
