Ceco is a collaborative design-assist project partner with 102 years in business. Ceco provides preconstruction services including design assistance, constructability review, structural system selection, value engineering, scheduling and budgeting, and more. We adhere to Last Planner and other Lean Construction techniques and are constantly reaching out to collaborate and learn more from our industry partners. Our recent collaborations have uncovered a highly sustainable option for healthcare, lab, education & office construction that's showing huge initial cost benefits, incredible sustainability improvements (including significant energy savings) and lower life cycle cost and impact than structural steel.
