2. Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc. manufactures and markets Natural American Spirit products.

3. American Snuff Company, LLC is the second largest manufacturer of smokeless tobacco products. Leading brands are Grizzly and Kodiak.

4. R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company markets digital vapor cigarettes under the VUSE brand name in the U.S.

5. Kentucky BioProcessing, Inc. conducts research and development related to protein expression and extraction from tobacco plants.

6. RAI Innovations Company leads product development and innovation of next generation vapor and nicotine products.

7. RAI Services Company provides human resources, information management, financial, legal and other services to RAI and its operating companies (above).
