Year Up
In partnership with Year Up, Neustar offers disadvantaged young adults with a professional internship experience that empowers them to reach their potential. . The program provides young adults with hands-on skill development, college credits, and corporate internship opportunities. Many Year Up interns have been hired as permanent Neustar employees.
Employee Involvement and Volunteerism
Neustar employees can take advantage of up to eight hours of Volunteer Time Off each year for volunteer services – a potential donation of more than 10,000 hours annually to our communities. Our employees support numerous initiatives that connect local employees to the community through office-wide events and outreach including Coastal Cleanup, American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk for a Cure, Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's and Candlelight Rally, Susan G. Through this program, Neustar will provide a 1:1 match of employees’ monetary donations up to $250 per employee, per year to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, and universities. Minimum donation is $25.
