Meet Pawan...
“We have a really good culture at Progressive and the opportunity to make it happen,” Pawan said, “Progressive is full of these surprises.”

And those surprises kept him at Progressive for 18 years and counting. In that time, he found a passion for data, voiced ideas to executives, and led several innovative projects. “What will tomorrow bring? I don’t know and that’s the exciting part,” he said.

Beware of these scam warning signs:

1. You’re contacted by a “recruiter” from a suspicious email address. If you’re ever contacted by a Progressive recruiter, they‘ll have an email address with the domain exampleemail@progressive.com

2. A job ad doesn’t point you to a company’s official job opportunities page. When searching for our jobs on Indeed you’ll always see a blue button labeled, “Apply on company site”. This will take you directly to our official application. We’ll also always have a job number associated with our openings. For example, Claims Adjuster Trainee, job number 123456.

3. Your interviewer has a job title that doesn’t make sense for the position at hand.

4. You’re asked to buy equipment and be reimbursed later.

5. You’re contacted by chat apps such as WhatsApp, Signal, or Google Hangouts; you receive a text message without first providing consent; or you get a random direct message on Facebook or Twitter.
