Sierra Care At The Lake is a 12 bed 24 hour Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF). Which is defined as: A residential care home with a capacity of no more than 12 beds, which provides 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care. This type of facility combines private living quarters with centralized dining services, some shared living spaces and access to limited social and recreational activities. This care is generally less intensive than that provided in general acute care hospitals, but more intense than that provided in skilled nursing facilities.
