Discover our Branch Manager Trainee program

As our company grows, we want our team members to grow as well. In order to help our employees reach their highest potential, Mariner Finance has created the Branch Manager Trainee Program. This allows enthusiastic college graduates with a general understanding of customer and financial services to gain experience and work alongside of knowledgeable members of the business community.

Where we are located

As a Mariner Finance Branch Manager Trainee, you’ll work in an office within our expanding branch network for 14-months. You will learn a variety of entrepreneurial managerial styles that allow our branches to run efficiently. Participate in relief assignments, which allow you to “get your feet wet” before earning your management role. You will interact daily with a wide variety of employees, customers, and prospects. After graduating from the program will be growth opportunities in our branch network.  Since Mariner has grown throughout the country, there are plenty of opportunities for advancement. We are located throughout the southeast, into Texas, and are making our way to the west coast. With so many opportunities and because we are growing so much, we ask that all branch manager trainees relocate after the graduate from the program.

As a Mariner Finance Consumer Finance intern, you’ll work in an office within our expanding branch network. You will learn a variety of entrepreneurial managerial styles that allow our branches to run efficiently. You will interact daily with a wide variety of employees, customers, and prospects. After graduating from college there are possible growth opportunities in our branch network or applying to our Branch Manager Trainee Program.

Headquarters Internships

Our headquarters in Baltimore, MD welcomes college students who are interested in a future in Marketing, Risk Management, Human Resources, and other departments. You’ll work besides seasoned professionals and executives who will help you learn and succeed while you gain valuable industry experience.

We provide an array of different health plans in order to best service the unique needs of our diverse and growing staff. These include Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans, as well as unique Health Savings Account (HSA) plans which are complimented by generous company contributions. All of our plans are on a national platform, so you may not have to switch doctors!
