Paid parental leave
We’re proud to support working families to build great careers by offering up to 12 weeks of paid Parental Leave for primary care givers and four weeks paid Parental Leave for secondary care givers. Permanent team members can access paid and unpaid parental leave from day one, with no service eligibility requirement. This extends to primary carers who suffer a pregnancy loss (stillbirth) through birth, adoption, or surrogacy.
