About Reino Linen Service
Reino Linen Service is a locally owned and operated company which first opened its doors more than 75 years ago. In 1943, Reino began as a dry cleaner and shirt laundry in Gibsonburg, Ohio. In 1963, we started serving our first hospital from our Gibsonburg plant with six employees. We are proud to say that the same hospital is still our customer today. To meet growing demand by our Michigan customers, Reino opened a second plant in Brownstown, Michigan in July 2009.
Reino is a boutique laundry operation positioned to meet the changing needs of our healthcare customers. We offer rental and customer-owned goods (COG) programs for core linen, scrub apparel, surgical linen, and a variety of other linen products. Our special services departments process specialty items such as lab coats, safe patient handling slides and slings, and baby halos. Surgical linen packs are assembled in the pack room to ensure the hygienic cleanliness of the linen to keep our customer’s patients safe.
Additionally, Reino offers a comprehensive cubicle services program. Our team provides two levels of service – full turn-key and wash/return. With our full turn-key service, our experienced technicians work within our customer’s facilities to take down cubicle and shower curtains for laundering. As part of the service, Reino provides temporary curtains that are hung up by our technicians to be used while the permanent curtains are being laundered.
Today, Reino is one of the largest healthcare laundry operations servicing Ohio and Michigan. We employ more than 400 people and have the capacity to produce more than 100 million pounds of linen annually.
