About The Teen Project
The mission of the Teen Project, Inc. is to provide healing and hope to young women who have survived human trafficking and homelessness, many from foster care, by innovating programs focused on drug treatment, psychotherapy, life skills, higher education and mentoring all with a trauma-informed lens.
The Teen Project, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving at-risk, addicted, homeless, and human trafficked young women in both Los Angeles and Orange County. The Teen Project operates through different facets of support including LA County, Department of Public Health, Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC), Department of Mental Health (DMH), Orange County Health agency, gracious donors, and other applicable funding sources. The Teen Project offers a unique, innovative center that combines (if applicable): drug treatment, mental health, housing, workforce development, and education.
