HNM Systems

HNM Systems has full-time, full-time contract, and part-time consulting opportunities nationwide. Our average project lasts more than twelve months, and we submit your resume only after we’ve had an in-depth conversation with you about the opportunities available.

When you join HNM Systems, you’re on our payroll, which means saying yes to exciting work projects without worrying about health insurance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all W-2 full-time and W-2 contract employees. Our medical, dental, and vision benefits kick in after a thirty-day probationary period, and after one year of full-time employment, you’re eligible for our matching contribution to your 401k retirement account.

We offer direct deposit on a bi-weekly basis, and depending on your job position, you may be eligible for a cell phone allowance and per diem living and travel expenses. Contractors are reimbursed for expenses within ten business days, provided that all receipts are received in a timely manner.

At HNM, we book all your business travel, including flights, hotels, and rental cars, oh my! That way, you don’t have to front the cost of expensive travel. HNM can also assist with sponsoring Work Visas or Green Cards.
