Regency at Whitmore Lake would like to thank all Veterans today. We are proudly working to display all 37 of our veteran residents and 3 veteran staff members on our new Wall of Honor. Each veteran will be given a rose today and everyone can give thanks at happy hour with our American flag cake.
Leadership Event at Hartford Nursing and Rehab We would like to recognize all of your hard work on planning and hostessing this Leadership Event at Hartford Nursing and Rehab. Yesterday they invited a guest speaker to the facility to educate on "Leadership" They opened the presentation up to all CIENA facilities and had over 71 members over 10 facilities attend. Thank you to Hartford Nursing and Rehab, you did an amazing job hosting this event.
Alzheimers Association Awareness Excellent Teamwork was displayed this past weekend with the Ciena Flint area facilities, Kithhaven, Willowbrook, Regency at Grand Blanc and Fenton. All facilities raised and donated funds to the Alzheimer's Association and most took place in the Annual walk held at U of M Flint on Saturday morning. Although it was a rainy morning, a great time was had by all! The Team did a great job manning our booth with many people stopping by! Great job Team Ciena!!!!!!
A Quality Journey Our Centers actively participate in the American Health Care Association's Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award Program, which provides a pathway towards achieving performance excellence. Ciena Centers have achieved 22 Bronze level awards and two prestigious silver level awards!
