P.F. Chang‘s opened its doors in 1993, at the Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ. Named for it‘s two founders, Paul Fleming (P.F.) and Philip Chiang (Chang), P.F. Chang‘s sought to create a unique dining experience; fusing American and Asian cultures to create delicious cuisine.
From the beginning, our team members have been crucial to our success. We train our chefs to a high standard, and provide all of our staff members and managers with room to grow.
