Our PTO program encompass vacation, personal, and sick time, with accrual based on position and years of eligible service, with the option to purchase an additional week of PTO per year. And, Peraton offers leave for jury duty and bereavement.
6. Retirement
Peraton will match 100% of the first 4% that you contribute to your 401k, and 50% of the next 2%. All contributions are 100% vested after 2 years of service. Peraton’s Retirement Savings plan is designed to help you accumulate wealth in a tax-effective manner, with the ability to contribute on a before-tax (401K) and/or after-tax (Roth 401K) basis via payroll deduction to a wide array of investment options, with a competitive employer matching contribution.
