Clearwater Living communities are located throughout the western United States. Our passion is to create and manage high-quality senior living communities staffed by only the most capable and compassionate senior care professionals. Our properties are uniquely positioned and designed to complement their community and neighborhood culture to create purposeful living with enriching community engagement.

We currently have Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities in California, Nevada, Washington and Colorado, and look forward to expanding soon into Oregon, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.
