FOCUS ON BUILDING SHAREHOLDER VALUE THROUGH INCREASING PRODUCTION AND PROVED RESERVES:
Through our successful leasing and drilling programs, we have experienced 16 quarters of sequential growth in production and a compounded annual growth rate of proved reserves of 59%. At the midpoint of our 2014 full year guidance of 159.0 - 165.0 MMcfe/d, we estimate to achieve 60% year-over-year production growth. This tremendous growth is the result of increasing drilling activity from our Butler Operated Area, Ohio Utica Warrior Prospects and Illinois Basin conventional drilling program, as well as finding innovative ways to maximize our conventional water flood production within the Illinois Basin. Rex Energy is focused on finding oil and gas property acquisitions and joint venture opportunities that are accretive to our current portfolio of assets.
