One way that we demonstrate our citizenship is through our annual ELKAYcares campaign.
Each year our employees choose to make a payroll deducted donation from a curated list of high-performing non-profit agencies working in healthcare, the environment, housing, animal welfare, veterans issues, employment, and social justice.

Over the past three years, the company and our employees have donated over a million dollars to non-profits doing good work in our communities. In addition, each employee is paid to volunteer up to 16 hours in their local community, so we are giving back of our time as well as our treasure.

Following the IDP, employees have opportunities to pursue formal and informal educational tracks, including digital content from LinkedIn Learning, shadowing programs, on-the-job training opportunities, company-sponsored coursework, and leadership development tracks, and company-sponsored formal education programs.
