As I look back on our first decade, I’m amazed by everything we’ve accomplished. We’ve grown from 5 people to more than 2,000 – bringing our delicious, nutritious, natural, and accessible yogurt to millions of people in America and around the globe.
It’s a shared passion to do the impossible that’s made us who we are today. Together, we’re creating something unique – using business as a force for good in the world and treating our farmers, our customers, our communities and each other with compassion, respect, and humanity.

Come as you are, and become the best you. Our energetic work environment is a culmination of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Since the beginning, we’ve focused on fostering tight-knit teams that feed off innovation and creativity. PerksChobani Rewards. Chobani Employee Rewards is our founder Hamdi’s way of recognizing the magic that people bring to Chobani each and every day by giving them an opportunity to share in the growth of the company over time. As Hamdi is fond of saying, “Success gets bigger when you share it.”
Paid Parental Leave. Our Paid Parental Leave Policy provides our male and female employees six weeks of 100% paid leave to bond with a new child following birth, adoption, or placement of foster care. We want our employees to bond with their babies and return to their jobs feeling confident and ready.
Volunteer opportunities. From a homeless shelter in New York City to a soccer tournament for kids in Idaho to the Special Olympics in upstate New York, we offer multiple opportunities per year – sometimes every week – for employees to join in on our efforts to give back to the communities in which we live and work.
Employee Appreciation. All throughout the year, we seek new ways to surprise and delight our employees with a little “Chobani Love” – efforts both big and small to show how much we appreciate our teams, and each other. Whether it’s an in-person party or a virtual gathering – or even handing out toilet paper at the height of the pandemic! – we go above and beyond to show our teams how much they’re valued each and every day.
Peer Recognition Program. Powered by the Bonusly app, our internal recognition program does more than just offer a “thank you”– shining a spotlight on people while the greater team learns of their achievements and celebrates their successes. Everyone gets 5 “cups” to give per month, with a dollar value attached. Awards can be “cashed in” for gift cards or Chobani gear, or donated to a charitable cause.
Free Yogurt. Chobani employees at our plant locations have access to free products, whether it’s for enjoying at work or to take home to share with friends and family. And whenever we introduce a new product, we make sure employees are the first to get a taste – they’re our greatest brand ambassadors!
Chobani Gear. Chobani-branded gear is highly-prized, and we make sure each employee has some – through new hire gifts to special celebrations to volunteer recognition. They can also earn it through Bonusly, our employee recognition program. And when someone has a baby, we make sure we get them started right with the gift of a Chobani onesie!
