Ventia’s acquisition of Broadspectrum, completed on 30 June 2020, brings together two highly complementary businesses, each with a proud heritage of providing essential infrastructure services in Australia and New Zealand. Created in 2015 following the merger of Leighton Contractors Services division, Thiess Services and Visionstream, we grew to combine more than 100 years’ of industry knowledge and experience with the acquisition of Broadspectrum (formally Transfield Services). Today, we have over 35,000 talented people and subcontractors across Australia and New Zealand.
