Our team provides support in 3 major areas:

Each of our 10 residential group homes is designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. All homes are located throughout Missoula and have 24-hour, trained staff on-site. The goal of our residential support is to enable our clients to live as independently as possible.

Day Services help our clients obtain resources, training and guidance designed to individually assist. Our programs are designed to focus on areas such as living arrangements, work and day options, relationships and life management. Everything enhances independence and maximum potential of all clients.

MDSC was the founding community-based organization in Montana to offer 24-hour medical supports to developmentally disabled adults. This unique and specialized service allows an opportunity for our individuals with significant medical needs to live within the community. Our on-site nursing department provides consistency of care, daily assessments, direct nursing services, and annual development of care plans.
