About Wisper ISP
The idea of connecting others started when a friend did not have Internet access at his business. After a little research, a few maxed credit cards, and hard work, Wisper Internet was born. Wisper thrived by bridging the gap in rural America with high-speed Internet.
Wisper ISP is known for problem-solving and spot-on customer service. With an ever-growing staff, you can find us across Illinois, Indiana, Missourt, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
As customer referrals increased, Wisper quickly outgrew Stooke’s two-car garage that Wisper called home. By 2006, Wisper had grown from that first business customer to 2,500 customers and 16 employees. Wisper moved their operations into an old barn that had been renovated to fit the needs of the growing business.
Today, Wisper is headquartered in Mascoutah, Illinois but also operates regional offices in Washington MO, Osage Beach MO, Smithton MO, Joplin MO, and Forsyth MO. We currently employ 200 people within the Wisper family.
