Grand Opening-Eagle Point
Our new state-of-the-art processing plant in Iowa opened their doors and began operations!

Team Members Attend Iowa Poultry Association's Day on the Hill Even
Team members Dustin Duran and Brett Pickar, recently attended the 6th annual Day on the Hill event hosted by the Iowa Poultry Association.

This even focuses on corresponding with Iowa state legislatures and government officials. The IPA uses this time each year to share their legislative priorities with those who vote and make decisions. Daybreak's Vice President of Operations-West Jerry Welch sits on the Legislative Committee within the IPA and was influential in representing Daybreak Foods' interest in outlining Iowa’s Poultry industries top priorities.
Community Events-Iowa State Fair
Our team members Catie and Dustin handed out eggs on a stick with the Iowa Governor and the Secretary of Agriculture at the Iowa State Fair over the weekend!
Supporting the Future of Agriculture
The Corporate office was a sponsor for the poultry project at the Jefferson County Fair and also supported the 4-H and FFA youth selling in the large animal (Meat Animal Project) sale. We believe in the future of agriculture and our future leaders!
