Hope House Foundation is accepting applications for part-time Direct Support Professional positions to work at our team locations providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes in the community. A rewarding, challenging, and fun job!

Hope House is seeking dependable, kind individuals who are motivated to help people with disabilities live independently. No experience necessary! Hope House provides over 50 hours of paid orientation and training (CPR/ First Aid, Medication Management, Positive Behavior Support, etc.) for all employees.

 Locations: Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake
 Hours: Days, Evenings, and Weekends available.
 Pay: $12.88-$15.88/ hour for part-time. $14.28-$16.28/hour for full-time. Career opportunities! We promote from within 90% of the time!
 Primary job duties: supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live a community life like ours, including socializing and events (concerts, sports, festivals), assisting with cleaning, meal prep, grocery shopping, laundry, and healthy living.
