About Turning Leaf Residential Rehabilitation Services
We are a CARF accredited behavioral health treatment provider supporting adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Our continuum includes CARF Accredited Residential Treatment, Community Housing, Day Treatment and Community Integration programs.
Residents in Turning Leaf’s Residential Treatment Programs live in Adult Foster Care (AFC) homes licensed by the State of Michigan; specialized in serving adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities.
All programs have 24 hour awake staffing trained to assist residents with unique and challenging behavioral needs.
Staff are trained to prompt, guide, assist, support and observe and monitor meal preparation, laundry services, routine household care, activities of daily living (ADLs), shopping, money management, socialization/relationship building and monitoring, supervision and protection.
