George Clark, John Dennis, and Scott Dublin launched operations in a 3,000 square foot facility in Executive Plaza in Huntsville, AL with folding card tables and chairs as our office furniture and an initial subcontract supporting the U.S. Army SMDC through the NRC SETAC contract. By calendar year’s end, we had grown to 11 employees and outgrew our initial office space. By the end of 2003, we had 117 employees and relocated our first corporate headquarters at 350 Wynn Drive. Throughout 2020, our employee-owners have grown to almost 1000 employees and we have increased our operations and customer support presence to ten locations across eight states. To accommodate our tremendous growth and company success, we moved into our new corporate headquarters at 310 Bob Heath Drive in January 2020.

Radiance is excited to celebrate the completion of new corporate facilities in our Huntsville, AL; Beavercreek-Dayton, OH; Baton Rouge, LA; and Shalimar, FL locations.

Our new corporate headquarters in Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park West at 310 Bob Heath Drive is over 100,000 square feet and includes secure high bay space, multiple classified and unclassified labs, and an advanced conference center with seating for over 200 guests.

Our new 53,000 square foot Beavercreek facility is located in College Park center at 3715 Pentagon Boulevard and includes increased office space to accommodate our growing Dayton-region workforce. In addition, the Beavercreek office has multiple classified and unclassified labs and expanded training facilities to support both classified and unclassified training for customers and our employees.

We are excited for the completion of all of our new facilities and the increased capacity and capabilities we have to address the needs of our DoD, national intelligence community, and other government agency customers. These new facilities will provide our employee-owners with the crucial resources necessary to develop and deliver mission critical solutions in cyber security, systems engineering, intelligence, and prototyping and integration.

Radiance University at Radiance Technologies, Inc. serves as a continuing education training provider for our employees, industry partners, and Government customers by providing quality professional development opportunities; pertinent skill development by position and level; a professional learning environment to exchanges ideas and approaches; quick and easy access to valuable educational content; and custom-tailored training programs in subject areas such as Cyber, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, and Leadership Development that are critical to the competitive advantage of our nation.
