About Radiance Technologies Inc.
Radiance began its operation March 15th 1999. Our goal in forming the company was to be employee-owned, work in a team environment, focus on technology, and be operationally relevant. We wanted our employees to be motivated, to share in the growth of the company, and have the flexibility to pursue opportunities of interest to them. Based on what we envisioned, Radiance has been a success.
Our History
George Clark, John Dennis, and Scott Dublin launched operations in a 3,000 square foot facility in Executive Plaza in Huntsville, AL with folding card tables and chairs as our office furniture and an initial subcontract supporting the U.S. Army SMDC through the NRC SETAC contract. By calendar year’s end, we had grown to 11 employees and outgrew our initial office space. By the end of 2003, we had 117 employees and relocated our first corporate headquarters at 350 Wynn Drive. Throughout 2020, our employee-owners have grown to almost 1000 employees and we have increased our operations and customer support presence to ten locations across eight states. To accommodate our tremendous growth and company success, we moved into our new corporate headquarters at 310 Bob Heath Drive in January 2020.

Our phenomenal growth and the success we have enjoyed are directly attributable to our employees – still our most important asset!

Investing in our Capabilities
Radiance is excited to celebrate the completion of new corporate facilities in our Huntsville, AL; Beavercreek-Dayton, OH; Baton Rouge, LA; and Shalimar, FL locations.

Our new corporate headquarters in Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park West at 310 Bob Heath Drive is over 100,000 square feet and includes secure high bay space, multiple classified and unclassified labs, and an advanced conference center with seating for over 200 guests.

Our new 53,000 square foot Beavercreek facility is located in College Park center at 3715 Pentagon Boulevard and includes increased office space to accommodate our growing Dayton-region workforce. In addition, the Beavercreek office has multiple classified and unclassified labs and expanded training facilities to support both classified and unclassified training for customers and our employees.

We are excited for the completion of all of our new facilities and the increased capacity and capabilities we have to address the needs of our DoD, national intelligence community, and other government agency customers. These new facilities will provide our employee-owners with the crucial resources necessary to develop and deliver mission critical solutions in cyber security, systems engineering, intelligence, and prototyping and integration.
