Prairie Crossing Supportive Living offers an innovative approach to assisted living housing for seniors ages 65+. By combining apartment-style housing, personal care, recreational programming, and the availability of a 24-hour support staff, residents can live independently with dignity and privacy while avoiding the burden of maintaining a home. We are proud to have a continuum of care campus to serve all levels of care needed with our sister facility Prairie Crossing Living and Rehabilitation Center.
