Our Customer Service (Records Retrieval) Agents work with medical providers such as doctors' offices, clinics, and hospitals to retrieve medical records of patients on behalf of our healthcare insurance clients. These records add data to the patients' records in order to increase quality of care and/or maximize financial outcomes for our clients.
