Tuition assistance: Middlesex Health provides financial support for training and education, recognizing that these increase the performance and productivity of employees on the job and may also prepare an employee for a future position to which he/she aspires within the organization.

Retirement plan: The Middlesex Retirement Savings & Investment Plan allows eligible employees to make voluntary, pre-tax contributions and receive limited matching contributions from the health system every pay period, along with an automatic core contribution from Middlesex each year.

Paid time off: Eligible employees receive vacation time, sick time, and floating personal days as paid time off, as well as holidays, jury duty, and funeral leave.

You also have the option to choose supplemental or dependent life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and can choose to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care.
