As part of our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy, we have developed a multi-level governance infrastructure to anchor the work throughout the entire enterprise. The C&I Executive Council is comprised of members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior leaders of the operation. The C&I Leadership Council is for Director level and above leaders that will help champion DEI at the functional level. The C&I Ambassador Network is for employees from all levels and functions interested in activating our numerous initiatives. This intersectional network provides an opportunity for our employees to engage in sustainable initiatives that promote operational and workplace inclusion.
