Medical Coverage
Parker’s offers associates three tiers of medical options to best meet their needs. Preventative care is always covered and plans include a prescription drug card benefit.
Dental Coverage
Our Dental Program is available to full-time associates and their dependents with preventative care covered at 100%.
Vision Coverage
Our Vision Program helps cover the cost of exams as well as glasses or contacts.
Basic Life Insurance
Basic Life insurance is company-provided for all full-time and part-time associates at no cost to the associate.

Our 401k savings plan offers a generous company match to associate deferrals. Eligibility for enrollment begins upon attainment of age 21 and the completion of 6 months of employment.

Associates can pay for non-reimbursed healthcare and eligible daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis through our FSA and dependent care offerings.
Paid Time Off
Parker’s associates are eligible for both Vacation Pay and Sick Pay to give time for rest and recreation as well as healing. The amount of vacation earned is based on hours worked and the number of years of continuous service.
Employee Assistance Program
Parker’s offers company-paid EAP services to associates including three face-to-face appointments for counseling or therapy, legal and financial resources, work/life resources including parenting, and free consultations with professionals.
