(MSA) began providing Home Healthcare services in 1973 and we have grown to become one of the nation’s leading privately-owned home healthcare providers.  MSA is based in Lexington, S.C. with a national scope that provides home care services throughout 13 states.  We have offices located in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.  Even with a widespread presence, MSA still has a local, small town appeal.
