We are Customer-Focused
Everyone is unique. Our patients and residents all have different needs and expectations. Our Service Excellence Program strives to exceed your expectations, and we treat every person we encounter like family and friends. Lexington Health Network is committed to delivering the highest level of service by delivering our healthcare service promises. Our Service Excellence Program’s vision is to be the most person-centered, compassionate, respected, and sought-after provider in the communities we serve.

We are Experts in Complex Care
It takes a talented and coordinated team to meet the challenges of today’s complex-care needs. Lexington Health Network has the expertise to manage complex clinical and rehabilitation needs and ensures our team grows and remains up-to-date on the latest healthcare developments and techniques. Lexington is one of the few providers to require annual training and competency evaluation through our Achieving Competency Excellence (ACE) program, which requires demonstration of specific clinical skill and knowledge acquired through practice. Lexington also provides ongoing education through our exclusive partnerships with specialists like Advanced Practice Nurse and medical and rehabilitation specialists. We proudly offer innovative tools like LexConnect Telemedicine and AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill. Our approach to care services increases our ability to address and treat a variety of acute health conditions.

We Focus on Quality of Life and Well-Being
We serve from the heart and get involved in the lives of our patients and residents by engaging their personal interests and hobbies and always putting their emotional and clinical well-being first. Nothing we do is more important than ensuring the total comfort of those in our care. We construct our many activities and programs based on suggestions and feedback from our patients, residents, and families. Our Quality of Life programs are based on the best industry practices and feature programs like “A Meaningful Day”, a program that enhances the lives of individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Specially trained staff, dedicated to best practices and continuous improvement, listen and respond to Lexington patients’ and residents’ needs to create meaningful experiences, inspiring well-being, one person, and family at a time.

We are a Network
We are family. Nurses, doctors, staff, medical partners, patients, therapists, residents, your family and ours…we are in this together with a comprehensive network of care and services, including rehabilitation, independent living, assisted living, home healthcare, long-term care, memory care, hospice, and sleep therapy. Our electronic medical record system allows us to treat and transition you from one service to the next when you need it. Thirty years of experience has shaped us into a healthcare organization uniquely able to deliver superior and compassionate care, every step of the way.

Jessica, Post-Acute Manager, 10 years at Lexington Health
Every day, I live and breathe my profession. I live to take care of others and to be that helping hand when their loved one is in need. To be the kind words they need and the shoulder to cry on. I love the challenges that my profession gives me on a day-to-day basis. I learn new things every day, not only from my own experiences but also from my patients’ experiences. I know that I make a difference every day, whether big or small, and that means something.
Celina, PRN RN, 10 years at Lexington Health
Working at Lexington has been an enriching and fulfilling experience that made me grow in my professional and my personal life. I have worn many hats, and I have made lifelong friends who have made me think past my immediate world and think globally. I get to work with several excellent nurses, talented administrators, therapists, CNAs, and physicians. Lexington has given me the opportunity to learn new things and become a better nurse manager. My opinions are valued, and employee satisfaction is a top priority. It is nice to come home feeling proud of the work I do every day.
Cynthia, RN, 21 years at Lexington Health
Empathy, being grateful, compassion and love. This is what drives me to eagerly come to work to care for our patients. I realize that I have been blessed with good health, cooperative and dedicated colleagues, supportive administrative officials and medical practitioners, as well as loving family and friends. Hence, there is no reason why I should not give our patients the best care that I can provide. With over 20 years of caring for our patients, I have learned that a sincere greeting with a smile, a willing and attentive ear, a watchful eye and working as a team can make all the difference.
Melanie, RN, 3 years at Lexington Health
I want to stay here for a long time as I like both the staff and patients and there is a family atmosphere for the workers. Patients are sometimes having a difficult time, so put a smile on your face because sometimes they need it. I am passionate about my job and helping people. I want to overwhelm them with kindness, as niceness is contagious.
