Interested in a career with our Food & Beverage team? The Barona Culinary Institute is a specialized training program, designed to increase the knowledge and expertise of Barona’s culinary staff. With a combination of classroom training and on-the-job training, interested staff members can attend sessions on basic techniques in our state-of-the art culinary demonstration kitchen, and have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings with experienced chefs.
