Romantix, Inc. offers an extensive full benefit package to all full time employees (work 30+ hours a week on a consistent basis) after they have completed 60 days with the company. We offer health, dental, vision. All employees who have completed 1 year of employment with Romantix, Inc. and are 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Empower Retirement Plan. Romantix, Inc. matches your 401K contribution dollar for dollar up to 3%, and matches fifty cents for each contributed on the 4th and 5th percent.
Romantix, Inc. offers a very robust vacation and sick/personal time accrual. Full time employees accrue 40 hours of vacation their first year with Romantix and 48 hours of sick/personal time a year.
We have a sales bonus program in place for each employee that is obtained by reaching and /or exceeding the shift goal. The sales bonus is paid to all qualifying employees on a biweekly basis. Romantix, Inc. works closely with its vendors to run several contests and spiffs throughout the year. Shift rate pay ($0.50 more per hour) is compensated to all employees who work between midnight and 8am. We also have a Manager bonus program in place in addition to the sales bonus for all qualified Store Managers.
