Bill's Restaurants

We started small. In a corner shop on a pretty high street in Sussex. We sold fresh, seasonal produce to customers who knew what they were looking for, who loved good food, and who trusted us to get it right.

And then we started to grow. And grow. With restaurants up and down the country we are no longer a small company, but some things never change in Bill's. We are still focussed on fresh, seasonal produce and still doing everything we can to get it just right for our customers; that's simply the Bill's way.

Here's what we're about: food, service and atmosphere. Every day we aim to nail these three, and it's our staff who deliver them.
