Blazer Industries, Inc

Blazer Industries, Inc. has been in the modular industry since 1976. Since that time, we have grown from building simple mobile restrooms to high-end, multi-story office and educational complexes. Our desire for innovation has kept us moving forward and has enabled us to continue to grow.

Modular buildings are built to the IBC code which is different than manufactured housing. Modular is a construction technique that allows us to build in pieces (modules), assemble and complete in the factory and then disassemble and transport to the site for reassembly and completion.

We have a full staff which includes accounting, IT, engineering, drafting, estimating, project management, framing, general finish, exterior finish, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, masonry, steel fabrication, material handling and more. We work in a temperature controlled environment which is not only great for our team, but also great for the building materials. In Oregon, where it gets cold and wet, building inside is quite an advantage. In addition, all work is done at our Aumsville location so there is no travel required. We work year round, and have steady and consistent hours. We have a very strong focus on safety, and it is important to us to provide a clean work environment.
