The Arc of Orange County was founded in 1954 to support and advocate for people of all ages with unique abilities and challenges so they can live as respected, valued members of the community.
Today, The Arc of Orange County serves more than 1,800 people from 29 program locations throughout Orange County, including day program sites in Middletown, Campbell Hall, Monroe, and Chester; schools in New Windsor and Middletown; supportive apartments and 19 residential homes. The Arc of Orange County is the County's 7th largest employer, with more than 650 employees working for the agency and its mission.
