For the fourth year in a row, TONTI Properties earns the exclusive Apartment Ratings Top Rated 2015 Award. This annual award recognizes properties with outstanding resident satisfaction ratings. Only 5% of all residential properties are qualified for consideration. In 2015, over 70% communities earned this prestigious award!
We carefully evaluate, select and develop properties in only the most desirable communities; weighing factors such as easy access to work, education and entertainment. We do not manage communities that we do not own, which allows us to provide higher standards in design and maintenance.
