About West Cecil Health Center

West Cecil Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with locations in Conowingo and Havre de Grace, Maryland. As an FQHC we are an essential lifeline, providing medical care, mental health,
substance abuse treatment, and oral healthcare to an underserved community. Our goal is to provide our patients with exceptional quality, value and customer service, and ensure that our healthcare services are accessible and sensitive to the needs of the community.
Working at a FQHC allows employees to establish strong relationships with the communities they serve. Being able to provide care to underserved patients, most of whom earn incomes below the federal poverty line, gives employees the ability to make a difference in their patients’ lives directly. Also, employees who work in FQHCs become part of a team that is driven by a mission of service to the community they support.
