In January of 2007, the niche snack foods company, J&J Snack Foods Corp, acquired Daddy Ray's. The company brings over 35 years of experience to both the retail and food service industries. J&J Snack Foods' flagship brands include SUPERPRETZEL Soft Pretzels, ICEE, Dippin Dots, and LUIGI'S Real Italian Ice.
In 2021 Daniel Fachner was named chief executive officer of J&J Snack Foods Corp. He succeeds founder Gerald B. Shreiber, who will remain chairman of the board of directors. Gerry’s imprint on our employees, customers, consumers, and shareholders is indelible, and his story remains one of the most captivating and inspiring in American business,” Mr. Fachner said. “It is a great privilege to lead this remarkable company, which Gerry built brick by brick from its humble foundation.”
While J&J Snack Foods is headquartered in Pennsauken, New Jersey it has more than 18 manufacturing facilities in California, Texas, Atlanta, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. This location was opened by Ray and Darlene Henry in 1998 with the production of Fig cookies. We are located in Moscow Mills, Missouri, just north of St. Louis. Today we proudly produce many, many other delicious cookies and crackers, and proudly employ 400 people in the community.

We opened our doors for the first time in 1996, making our world famous 'Daddy Ray's Fig Bars'. In 2007, we became part of the J&J Snack Foods portfolio of brands and companies and we proudly employ over 400 full-time employees.
In our climate-controlled bakery, we now produce our famous fig bars, in addition to many other delicious products. Our future is very bright and we are looking forward to enjoying all the success that it holds.
