All departments of employees, from assembly to operations and beyond spent lots of time outdoors in the sun, building friendships across the company, and enjoying the game. It was a great season for Rittal and the team looks forward to many more (winning) games to come!

Rittal employees enjoy spending time together with local community activities. Employees took their families to the local chili cookoff and parade for a fun day out. Rittal's Brandon Williams, Operational Training and Development Lead, brought his chili and almost filled his bucket for the People’s Choice Chili!

Rittal is going green - or at least taking some time golfing on the beautiful green golf course with blue skies overhead. The team enjoyed a fun day golfing and finished with a relaxing 19th hole!

Rittal's newly created team spent some valuable time getting to know each other during training. The team combines the strength of Rittal, Rittal Automation Systems, and Eplan for a truly integrated value chain solution. This is Rittal at it's finest, bringing together the entire organization!

During the 40th anniversary celebration of Rittal in the USA, a special dinner was designated for employees that have been with Rittal for 25+ years! It's so great to celebrate both milestones with the Rittal family.

The Rittal employees and families of our Urbana, OH manufacturing facility, celebrate 40 years of Rittal in the USA with local festivities! It was an eventful day filled with fun, laughs, and friendship.

One of the many 40th anniversary celebrations took place in Houston, TX so that we could bring the celebration to our employees and their families. It was a fun filled day at the Houston Zoo!

Rittal's Houston Modification Center uses state-of-the-art modification products and solutions to provide customers with fast, precise modifications for their industrial panel and switchgear needs.

Innovative strength has been woven into the Rittal DNA since its foundation. In 1961, Rudolf Loh Elektrogerätebau was founded in Rittershausen by the entrepreneur Rudolf Loh, with one simple guiding principle: “Enclosures off the shelf, immediately.” In its founding year it launched the world’s first standard enclosure on the market. In 1969, the company was renamed Rittal, in honor of its roots in Rittershausen in Dietzhölztal. Within just a few years, Rittal enclosures had become established as a global standard, and have remained so to this day.

The Made in the USA journey began with the first North American manufacturing facility opening in Springfield, Ohio, in 1981, before moving to Urbana, Ohio. Then, further expansion with locations in Houston, Texas; Sparks, Nevada, and North American headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. Rittal’s Atlanta, Georgia Regional Office is its most recent addition.

Rittal's Urbana, Ohio Production and Modification Facility houses state-of-the-art technology to produce world-class industrial enclosures, IT racks, data center products, and more. The Urbana campus is also home to a 60,000 square-foot warehouse and distribution center to provide products to customers quickly and in a cost-effective manner.
