Zandex is the largest provider of skilled therapy services in Southeastern Ohio. All Zandex nursing residences are certified providers for Medicare, Medicaid, and most forms of private insurance. Zandex Health Care Corporation provides exceptional nursing care and assisted living throughout Southeastern Ohio. The Ohio Health Care Association has issued only nine Premier Awards for nursing excellence. Zandex is proud to possess two of these awards.

Zandex has 5 facilities in Muskingum County. They are: Willow Haven Care Center, Adams Lane Care Center, Cedar Hill Care Center, The Beckett House of New Concord, and Sterling Transitional Suites, and 3 facilities in Belmont County: Forest Hill Retirement Community, The Beacon House (Assisted Living), and Shadyside Care Center.
