About Evergreen Treatment Services
Evergreen Treatment Services is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a national and regional reputation for excellence that has been delivering evidence-based substance use disorder and social services in Western Washington since 1973. Our interdisciplinary team includes clinicians with advanced degrees in medicine, psychiatry, nursing, psychology, social work, counseling, and acupuncture. ETS uses a comprehensive approach to treatment that combines medication-assisted treatment with wraparound services such as medical monitoring, counseling, and drug screens.
REACH partners with people to help them achieve their goals. We work together to find housing, build self-sufficiency, and improve health and economic stability. We walk side by side with our clients as they navigate social systems, providing access to job training, and advocating on their behalf with public officials and service providers. Our interdisciplinary team is made up of case managers, social workers, chemical dependency specialists, nurses, and other compassionate staff who are devoted to our clients.

Our work begins by forging trust between our clients and our team members. These relationships are the key to our work. Living outside results from a variety of factors ranging from unlucky circumstance to systemic discrimination based on class, race, substance use, or mental health. It may take time for people to be ready for services like shelter, mental health care, or substance use disorder treatment, so we meet people where they are and work with them to meet the goals that they define.
