At Xperience Fitness, we help people become unstoppable every day by removing the typical barriers that get in the way of everyday people, when it comes to accomplishing their fitness goals.
Over the last 8 years we have grown to 15 locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We also have over 130,000 gym members, and almost 1,000 XF team members company wide who trust us with their fitness journey and career.
We credit a large part of our growth to our ability to train and develop our team members and promote from within, while rewarding effort and meeting expectations. In fact, 14 of our 15 general managers started in an entry-level position.
