The company's management team comprises some of the world's most experienced executives in the areas of telecoms, space systems and finance across both developed and emerging markets.

O3b Networks is headquartered in St. John, Jersey, Channel Islands. Ground systems and technical development are managed through the company's wholly owned subsidiary in Englewood, Colorado, USA.
