The Bair Foundation Child & Family Ministries is a 501c3 nonprofit therapeutic foster care, adoption and family services agency serving PA, OH, OK, KY, NM, NC, SC, VA, & TX. Founded in 1967 by Bill and Marilyn Bair, we have served over 250,000 children, teens and families in crisis.
