Prairie Manor Nursing Home

Prairie Manor Inc. was incorporated in 1966 and received our first resident in 1970. We are a not-for-profit, private entity, always pushing to be the best skilled nursing, assisted living, and therapy provider in the area. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, and have 2 buildings at our location in Blooming Prairie, MN. Our legal entity name is Prairie Manor inc. but our skilled nursing facility does business as Prairie Manor Care Center and our our assisted living as the Heather Haus.
