Since the company's inception in 1990, Park Properties has been pleased to provide progressive property management services. No two properties are alike, as we have properties that are designed for seniors, student housing, conventional and affordable housing, retail and commercial office, flex industrial and mixed use. Also, we specialize in Tax Credit, Rural Development and HUD financed properties.
